We have introduced a new online booking system so you do not need to email me directly to book your preferred time. Michael will be coming to YVR Head Office every second Tuesday from 12 - 4pm. When you go to the website http://www.coalharbournhc.com click on "Book online" which is a link at the top left side & then look for Flight Centre. You are welcome to book at another time for a massage at the clinic (as opposed to the massage room at YVR H/O) - just let them know that you are FC staff when you show up for your massage or any other service.
Usually every second Tuesday starting April 29 from 12:00 - 4:00pm.
Just to clarify, all retail staff are welcome to book a massage appointment at YVR head office if you are close enough, or you can book any day at the actual clinic (Coal Harbour Natural Health Clinic) at a date or time more convenient for you, at the same rates. Coal Harbour Natural Health Clinic has a loyalty program, so each massage you get earns you points that would end up being $ off your next one. FC gets this loyalty program for free (if you are on their website go to "Wellness Club Benefits" for more info). Bring your business card! This program works no matter if you have your massage at YVR Head Office or at the clinic itself.

After overcoming a life changing struggle with chronic disease Michael decided to dedicate his life to helping others recover from debilitating health issues. Like many people Michael had taken the precious gift of life for granted. At the age of 38 doctors told him he would not live to see 40 if radical life changes were not made.
Having three children and wanting to feel healthy and alive again he began the journey of rebuilding his life and became a Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Nutritional Consultant, and a PRO Personal Trainer. In addition to being a multi disciplinary health practitioner he has educated and certified hundreds of students in advanced nutrition and personal training.
As founder of the Coal Harbour Natural Health Clinic and The Wellness Club, his unique multi-disciplinary approach has helped hundreds of clients change their lives and begin a life of healthy active living.
Michael specializes in: Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Electro Therapy Point Stimulation (ETPS). He is also trained in: Therapeutic Exercise, Personal Fitness Training, Nutritional Counselling, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and Muscle Energy Technique (MET).
RATES:
Regular treatment session rates (plus GST) are:
15 minutes $37.00
30 minutes $53.00 (we are going to stick with the 30 minutes but let me know if you prefer 1 hour or other and we can try to fit you in)
45 minutes $74.00
60 minutes $85.00
90 minutes $150.00
Cash, debit, cheques, Visa, Master Card, and American Express all accepted. You will pay the therapist directly & he will provide you with a receipt that you can send in to Manulife for reimbursement.
