Because of the awesome feedback, we are bringing back "Dicko's Dash" on EVERY MONTH END!!

All shop staff can participate with a "Walking Morning Meeting". Aim for a 15 - 20 minute walk around the mall or around the block. So many shops did this in June! We still have great weather so do yourselves a favour & get out of the office for 20 minutes!

Head Office staff - the main "walk/run" will leave at 12 noon but please participate anytime that works with your shifts/breaks as obviously everyone can't be out of the office at the same time. We will just meet in the downstairs lobby at noon.

This month end is on MONDAY, OCTOBER 31.  Make sure to mark it in your calendar & please let me know if you participate so I can  track it!

All you need are comfortable shoes & you will come back to the office energized, with a clear head ready to transfer!
