• Complete the Payment Authorization and return it to Healthwise by the 30 or 31st of each month.

Your membership card will be forwarded to you ASAP, and will be active from the 15th of the month.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does it cost ?
$39.58 + HST per month, broken into 2 payments (one per pay). There is no joining fee.
How do I pay ?
Dues will be deducted from your net pay amount each pay period.
How long is the membership term ?
The membership term is from the date at which you join up until the company anniversary date of 14th of October. If you choose to continue your membership, the term will extend from the 15th of October until the following 14th of October.
What is a Premier or Premier Plus location?
Premier locations require a separate fee to be paid on top of the monthly deductible. Check the GoodLife website to see the location type, and contact Healthwise for more information about these locations.
When can I join ?
Applications must be received by Healthwise by the 1st of each month for activation on the 15th of that month.
Can I try GoodLife before signing up ?
Yes; GoodLife often have periodic trial periods at reduced costs, as well as a free session. Check their website for more information.
What if I already have a membership ?
Contact Healthwise for more information.
What if I decide to leave the gym ?
You will be required to pay out the remainder of the term.
What if I leave Flight Centre but want to stay at GoodLife ?
You will be required to pay out the remainder of the term. At your anniversary date, you will be removed from the Flight Centre plan and will need to join as a regular member.
What's included in membership ?
Full use of any GoodLife facility in Canada, except Platinum and Platinum Plus locations: (Union Station, Plaza Club, Toronto St, London (Masonville).. for women (platinum plus)).
Towel service.
Spouse can join for the same rate.
