JOINING PROCEDURE
Joining is SIMPLE!
Call Extreme Fitness at 416-595-1555 to book your club tour or simply walk-in.Someone will be there to assist you in the joining process.All you will need is proof of employment with Flight Centre and a method of payment eg. banking information or credit card information

How long is the membership term?
The membership is for one year and then month-to-month thereafter.We also offer complimentary ‘memberships holds’ each year which can range from 1-4 months.
When can I join?
You can join at anytime, just call or walk into the club
Can I try Extreme Fitness before signing up?
Sure thing!We would be more than happy to give you a complimentary trial pass
What if I already have a membership and am not receiving the discount?
Please bring in proof of employment to your home club and you will receive the discount
What if I decide to leave the gym?
If you are in your first year of membership you will be required to pay out the term.If you are past your first year you can cancel at anytime by going into your home club and signing off on your cancellation form
What if I leave Flight Centre but want to stay at Extreme?
If you are in your first year of membership you will be able to keep your existing discounted membership.After your first year membership is completed you can either cancel or move up to the regular membership rates.
