FIT CHICKS BOOTCAMPS
FIT CHICKS Bootcamp is a TOTAL BODY fat blasting workout. A typical day of boot camp could include:
- Cardio drills and kickboxing
- Weights and resistance training
- Core training
- Obstacles courses and Plyometrics
- Yoga stretching
- Balance and Stability exercises
- Partner work
Every class is different since variety is the spice of life. Our Chick Sergeants design each day to be packed full of sassy, smart and challenging exercises to burn the most calories in shortest amount of time!

FIT CHICKS Bootcamp is designed to be modified for all chicks. From the fitness newbie to a seasoned vet, every woman can sweat up a storm with us so you are always challenged but not overwhelmed.
