Group Classes
Need some extra motivation? Then why not join in on a group class and workout with some friends and other motivated people. Healthwise Global can run group classes in most locations and if you are keen for one to start up in your area then please just let us know.
Classes include: Boxing, Yoga, Circuit, Strength & Conditioning and Pilates.
